1956 Jung Hotel (Now Clarion Hotel, Canal Street). Addition. (Superintendent’s Helper (dad))
1968 801 Jefferson Highway. Hurricane Betsy repairs (new roof and walls blown out, totally rebuilt alley and machines) to Bowl-a-Rama. (Owner’s Representative)
1972 3300 Magazine Street. Total renovation of abandoned warehouse building. This property has been pictured in a number of Architectural studies of Uptown New Orleans. (Owner)
1979 Six Houses (800 block of Third Street; 2000 block of Chippewa Street; Clay Square renovation in the Irish Channel). Volunteered as coordinator for Federal/State/City grants and permits for park. (Owner)
1981 201 Camp Street. Exterior renovation of a National Historic Register Limestone building. (Owner’s Agent)
1980-84 1984 World Exposition. Volunteered planning and construction advice to Peter Spurney. (Volunteer)
1985 3300 Veterans Boulevard. Added second floor and elevator to make two-story retail, while tenants remained on first floor. (Construction Manager for Owner)
1992 1021 Foucher Street. Renovated a fire damaged house. (General Contractor)
1993 4417 Dryades Street. Bought an abandoned building and renovated into one of the "hottest" Bed & Breakfasts in the city, with occupancy rates at seventy (70%) percent. (Owner)
1994 4528 Freret Street. Bought an abandoned building and rehabed into what is now the centerpiece of the Freret corridor. Fully renovated and one-hundred (100%) percent occupied. (Owner)
1996 2601 Tulane Avenue. Bought an abandoned building (yes, an abandoned building). In the process of asbestos abatement and mechanical changes to make-ready for occupancy in the fall of 1997. (Owner)
